We came in for a service appointment and we were promptly taken care of . We were provided an Uber so we could go out for lunch while waiting. This is the worst BMW service place . After spending over $1500.00 the servixe I received is 0. Came in to change oil and vehicle check . Service advisor Ysrael text me saying I have to c After spending over $1500.00 the servixe I received is 0. Came in to change oil and vehicle check . Service advisor Ysrael text me saying I have to change rear brake pads over $1000.00 which was rip of to me and I agree . When I took my car on my dash board was still saying oil change need to be replaced and vehicle check . I went back again and this time he suggested that I leave my car from. It was Wednesday and I texted him other day and he tells me they don’t have parts they need to change sensor for oil balance . My car was there till Monday and received text message from this place saying my car is ready . Went there took my car and after driving for 10 min same thing happened on my dash board . Contacted this person Ysrael and he tells me he is sick he is not in today . Went back to this place again and they again suggested to leave my car at the shop . I will never ever go back to this place ever and I will recommend people not to go to this service place . Is rip off .and you get terrible service . More
