This is the absolute worst dealership/service department I have ever been to. Bought a car from here, it had issues within 1 week so I brought it in, and they’ve now had my car for over 2 weeks with close t I have ever been to. Leased my current BMW from here and charged me $795 for nitrogen fill! I leased my last 3 cars from another BMW dealership but Ramsey had the car I wanted. I had such a great experience at my prior BMW nitrogen fill! I leased my last 3 cars from another BMW dealership but Ramsey had the car I wanted. I had such a great experience at my prior BMW dealership and the numbers agreed upon were never pulled by the Finance Department so I didn't itemize the contract before signing (my fault). Everything seemed great until I got home and ran the numbers and they didn't add up to what the manager and I agreed upon. Lo and behold there is a $795 charge for nitrogen filling my tires! Sleazy move and I should have caught it but didn't so I'm letting you know so you don't get taken advantage of like I did. More
