I stopped in the midst of a road trip to fix a damaged tire. As soon as I drove in, they were on it. It turned out that I had damaged two tires. They finished in about an hour, the mechanic sent me a vid tire. As soon as I drove in, they were on it. It turned out that I had damaged two tires. Horrible experience with this dealership and their lack of customer service. I purchased a vehicle from them on 1/30/2021. The first set of temporary plates expired on 3/3/2021 and I still had not received of customer service. I purchased a vehicle from them on 1/30/2021. The first set of temporary plates expired on 3/3/2021 and I still had not received the registration or permanent plates for the car. I was given a second set of temp plates and told to keep waiting for the DMV to go through its backlog. Dmv denied they had backlog and informed me processing times were 3-4weeks on average. I waited another month and now the second set of temporary plates is expired. The dealer refuses to give me a 3rd set, they admitted they can’t register the vehicle without a VIN inspection which I cannot do because I don’t have the title or a valid current registration on the car. The dealer advises me to act illegally by driving the car with expired registration to a VIN inspection center instead of giving me another temp plate or sending one of their employees to do it. Instead they say it’s my responsibility to get it done regardless of the legality of how I do it. They are encouraging and advising me to break the law to get this done on my own meanwhile they charged me a registration fee to register the vehicle. I was also overcharged on the sales tax after I told them several times and showed evidence of the true sales tax rate. Now I cannot receive the refund from department of revenue services until the vehicle is registered which the dealer refuses to take care of and I cannot do because the car the dealer will Not give me the proper paperwork to register it. More
