Our client advisor, Dwayne did a tremendous job of locking the best possible rate for us BMW X7 was seamless thanks to a great team at BMW of Ramsey. Our client advisor, Dwayne did a tremendous job of locking the best possible rate for us in the market and order a complete new car for us which arrived in 5 weeks. He even sent an Uber to our home to pick us up to deliver our vehicle. At the store, we were greeted by Dwayne, who showed us our car and guided us for a meeting with the Finance Manager, Marcelo who was very knowledgable and explained to us the pros and cons of leasing vs financing as we had the option to switch to financing at the time of delivery. He also explained to us the advantages of Elite Protection plan, which we thought is the best option for us to protect us for any potential damages to our tires, windshield, etc. so we decided to move forward with the plan. Then, Kristen explained to us the functionalities of our car and we were ready to leave with our new car. We are extremely happy to choose BMW of Ramsey for our new BMW X7 lease and we are looking forward to working with this incredible team in 3 years when we renew our lease. Gold Star , Tim Gallagher was so professional and easy to work with. We were looking for a solid car for our daughter a first time car buyer . She was starting her first job and was 90 minutes away . Everything was upfront and never felt pressured ,the sale was seamless. It was not certified per owned so we knew that there was some warranty but knew that we may need to put some money into the car eventually . We settled on an 2013 X3, We put new tires on it and came across a small issue . I figured I would touch base to see if we had any recourse to get this issue taken care of. I left a message for Tim , he immediately returned my call . He told me he needed to speak with his manager and would get back to me. He set up a time to speak with his manager Sal Aquino . Sal could not have been nicer , told him my issue , he treated me like we just spent 100k on a car . We received outstanding service on this issue ( it was a problem with a rim) . Sal turned us over to Julio Velez who went above and beyond to make us happy. I picked the car up and drove it home , I called Julio to ask him a question about one of the gauges on the car . His response was , You live close by , I am leaving now . Let me stop by your house and take a look on my way home . Are you kidding me !! This kind of old school service does not happen anymore. Luckily I caught him before he left , the gauge turned out to be a non issue . Great guys all around. We would never purchase another BMW from anywhere else but BMW of Ramsey. More
