Again, Tim was extremely knowledgeable about the car. It was my first time purchasing a car and he made sure that I was fully comfortable with the car. I told David where I needed to be and he came back to me and exceeded my expectations. The X5 was ready when we arrived to pick it up and the staff spent time with my wife explaining how use all of the features. I also have to add that Dwayne wong was wonderful! He taught me all about the new features in my car being that it’s now so high-tech , I’d be lost without him! My sister also got a car from them and I can speak for her and say that she was treated the exact same way . wouldn't go anywhere else! this is my third leased BMW with lori asserson. i've leased bmw's at other dealers in the past, but am glad lori was recommended to me by a close frie this is my third leased BMW with lori asserson. i've leased bmw's at other dealers in the past, but am glad lori was recommended to me by a close friend. she is very personable, knowledgeable, professional and makes the whole process a comfortable and pleasant experience. she she knows her stuff and knows what i like. she didn't have the model with my preferred specs in their dealership, but she found what i wanted on an incoming shipment. i probably complicated the process by waiting almost to the end of my current lease, but she got it for me just in time, as promised. there are many bmw dealerships closer to where i live, but i wouldn't go anywhere else. all of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. overall, a wonderful experience and i highly recommend lori and BMW of Ramsey!!
