Needed a new key fob battery. Came into Service without an appointment because my X5 warned me that the key fob battery was failing. The Car buying experience As my 2016 BMW X3 lease was coming to and end, I was dreading the "Process of buying/negotiating"a new vehicle. I did not come to the dealer for a ne As my 2016 BMW X3 lease was coming to and end, I was dreading the "Process of buying/negotiating"a new vehicle. I did not come to the dealer for a new car;rather, just a service for my 2016 BMW. Since i had some extra time, I ran into Frank Salzano to discuss future car options. I mention to Frank about the standard buying experience for new cars; how I did not care for it. We spoke about budgets, family, etc. He understood where I was, where I was coming from, and asked me I would be interest in a 2018 X1. I said, yes, but, it would have to be within a pre-defined budget. Frank and I discussed terms and within 20 minute or so, we reached a deal, which, I was very fair. So, in closing, Frank changed the entire experience from dreadful to pleasant; I would recommend him to any future buyer of BMW automobiles More

Because I had put my initial query in through the internet, I was a little weary at first, but he quickly put our fears to rest by being upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. He was always available via email and his responses were prompt and direct. He was friendly, courteous, and patient in answering our questions and waiting for us to come to a decision. Even in following up with a few issues that we had post-delivery (issues with the car, not the service) he has been a great help. We also got to meet Eric and Kevin from the service department who were absolute pleasures as well. We will definitely be referring friends and family members who are interested to Steve! More
