I made an appointment to see the particular car that I was interested in. It was blocked in when I got to the dealership and we had to wait 45 minutes until it was made available. Pedro, our sales person was appropriately apologetic, but I found the experience typical. My expectations when buying something that is arguably the second largest purchase you will ever make usually falls short of the reality. When picking up the vehicle, which was ready as promised, we spent 30 minutes with the BMW Expert who went over the vehicle with us. Pedro then took us to see the finance person to finalize the deal. The dealership was quiet as it was dinner hour, but there were 4 or 5 BMW employees in the finance person's office. They knew we were waiting. I finally walked over and asked what was going on, and everyone cleared out. The finance manager, Eric, was friendly and helpful, and obviously knows his business. I sometimes feel when I am at a dealership like they are holding me hostage. I expect more from a buying experience, and certainly from a higher end dealer. While everyone was courteous and knew the product, the experience was not seamless, and easily could have been with slightly more emphasis on logistics and customer service. More
Oil change I can’t in for an oil change thinking something was wrong with the car , I was very worried because someone told me I had a noise and the car was brou I can’t in for an oil change thinking something was wrong with the car , I was very worried because someone told me I had a noise and the car was brought under a month. John from services reassured me that they look at everything and they”ll let me know if something is wrong. I got back the car after an oil change and the car feel as if it was brand new. Thanks to john and the other members of the Ramsey Bmw I really appreciated it and my first experience with the members were wonderful. Thanks again!! More

I had previously serviced my last cars( Volvo) at a smaller local dealership and was initially concerned about service at a much larger dealership. However, Anna Marie has proved my fears to be groundless, as the service i receive has been outstanding. My car was stolen and recovered after 40 days. It is being repaired- I was initially thinking about replacing the car and had discussions with Pedro. He was quick to deal with my issues and was responsive to my needs. In the end, I am not sure I am going to purchase a new car right now ( I want to ride my repaired X3 before i make any decision), However, when the time does come to replace that car I will seek out Pedro's assistance. More
