Not told about warranty When I bought my car new in August of 2015. It was not explained that while the car had 200 miles on it ,which I Thought was from test drives ,it was When I bought my car new in August of 2015. It was not explained that while the car had 200 miles on it ,which I Thought was from test drives ,it was considered a demo car which meant that the warranty started September of 2014 so it was currently not under warranty. Brian Halpin was very nice but both he and I were unaware of the situation. He suggested I go upstairs and talk to a manager. I spoke to Philip Battaglino ,it was the that I learned of this situation. He was very nice and helpful and I did not pay for the 40000 mile service. My concern is that if something happens to the car between now and August that it is still covered by warranty. I truly enjoy the 640 but feel I was taken advantage of when I purchased the car. Yesterday everyone was very helpful and we had a good resolution. Could someone please call me and confirm that my warranty is good from 4 years of my purchase of this new car.
