We were traveling 3 hours to see him and two vehicles we had selected from their website. They were detailed and waiting for us when we arrived on a snowy Saturday. Tim was busy helping other customers when we arrived, but greeted as very quickly and started helping us right away. From the test drive with John, to the purchase, and calling our insurance company, Tim handled everything extremely efficient! He was very honest, pleasant and made the day enjoyable! The dealership is amazing, many choices of vehicles to choose from and the prices and customer service were worth the drive compared to the two dealerships that are on 20-30 minutes from our house.
