Always a great experience I recently picked up my second car from BMW of Ramsey and have dealt with Lori both times. She always goes above and beyond and truly cares about what her clients want instead of just trying to make a sale. Even when I come to do regular service, Lori comes to say hi and see how I am doing as a person, rather than a client. I also dealt with Rob this time to sign paperwork and he was excellent as well and really helpful. The process of going over the car was super easy with Jonathan. Throughout the whole experience it felt as if I was talking to my friends. BMW of Ramsey is great but the people are even better. More
