My service technician Chris was extremely patient with me and even when he was off work, he still went in a test drive with me to help figure out what the issue is that i'm having with my 4 series. Great Service Visit Brought the car in for scheduled maintenance and a few other issues. Everything was taken care of and car was ready as promised. The only thing I would improve is the complimentary wash that typically accompanies scheduled maintenance. As i'm not sure if the car was just hosed down or really washed at all since the door sills were still dirty and the bumpers were not completely clean. More
