Great customer service! I've been going to this BMW Dealership for the last 3 years. I just brought my 2018 530 for its first service appointment! Along with the oil change, I've been going to this BMW Dealership for the last 3 years. I just brought my 2018 530 for its first service appointment! Along with the oil change, the vehicle needed a computer update which needed several hours to complete. That was no problem as I had reserved a loaner vehicle, so I simply came back the next day once I received a text message that my service was complete and my car was clean and ready for pickup! More
