During test drives he went through everything in the car so we could see what it had to offer. We will not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family. Rob explained the specific terms of the lease thoroughly so it was easy to understand and Dwayne helped us get everything set up in the new car. I was all set and signed a lease with Volvo but unfortunately there was a problem from Volvo, and I needed to look for another vehicle. I called BMW of Ramsey and explained my situation to Veronica and she made such an effort to meet all my expectations and finding the right car for me, which is the X2! She was great, fast working, and patient with all my concerns. Brian, the general sales manager also welcomed me and was empathetic to my experience with Volvo. I'm a happy customer and very happy to be a part of the BMW family! More
Charged labor to assess problem Scheduled oil change due to indicator coming on even though change wasn’t due for another 1K miles. Listed some other minor issues to look at. Was told I’d get call to review issues/cost prior to completing. Was called and went with oil change only due to high cost to address other minor issues. Received invoice of $209 for oil change. Was told I got a “break” on total charges since they charge labor to assess issues (front door lock). Ridiculous charge will not go back to dealer for issues or oil changes moving forward. More

Polite, Professional, and Friendly Service I brought my 2006 325 xi in because of intermittent dashboard alerts regarding my Break/ABS System. Our service rep, Cameron Cocherl, said he would ha I brought my 2006 325 xi in because of intermittent dashboard alerts regarding my Break/ABS System. Our service rep, Cameron Cocherl, said he would have the BMW techs check out the issue while we waited. Among other things, they cleared a series of system faults, and thus far at least that seemed to solve the alert issue. After notifying me, they also performed a long overdue break flush. Cameron was helpful in explaining what's what and very friendly and personable. The service center generally is very efficiently and professionally run. More

Once agreed, all we had to do was stop by the dealership to sign the paperwork. From start to finish it was a very smooth transaction, and Pedro was very courteous and professional. When the car was delivered, he placed "welcome notes" on the dashboard. This was a small yet very nice personal touch! It was our third BMW purchase from from the dealership and by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Thank you, Pedro! More

My only complaint about this service visit took place after departing John’s desk to pick up my car. Unfortunately I did not have time to go back into the office to mention my only complaint to John. Even though it appeared to me that the car was washed, it was 100% obvious that they did not even attempt to clean the brake dust ridden aluminum rims - which everyone knows is a BMW issue and usually addressed at other BMW service centers. A small detail, but something that sticks out in my mind. Sorry, but a small demerit for the BMW of Ramsey service center. More
