BMW of Ramsey always available I had trouble with a tire on the road on the way home from vacation( I was a long way from home and the dealer). It was great to have a lifeline, and when I finally got there, they took the car right away. Unfortunately, I had a cracked wheel...not happy about the cost, but service and interaction with everyone was nothing but positive. More

Knowledge is key! I was going to buy from Park Ave. BMW. All set, ready to go. Park Ave. did not give me a discount for accepting a damaged car, even though they would fix it.... While this nonsense was going on, I read more about BMW's on the web, etc. etc. I found out a lot that made me very inquisitive to all BMW companies. Ramsey........Jesus knows his stuff and made me and my son very comfortable in our decision. A true professional. He asked the right questions. He was professional, patient, accommodating, knowledgeable and fun. I am in sales too. I like his style. Eric is great as well. Professional, informed, suggestive with suggested 'add ons' however not over bearing. Completely explained it all, even though we all know it all, it's great to hear from the BMW professionals. James - outstanding. I never had anyone tell me about my new car....EVER. More

Thank you This was the fourth BMW vehicle that I have purchased. All from different dealerships, but this was my first purchase from BMW of Ramsey. I knew what This was the fourth BMW vehicle that I have purchased. All from different dealerships, but this was my first purchase from BMW of Ramsey. I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted for my next potential vehicle. After two months of searching, I found one that checked almost every box on my wishlist. Went through the usual process via third-party site and sent a message asking about the vehicle's availability. I was contacted by Jesus Vicioso. The negotations were straight forward, and I completely appreciated his transparency and swift response/s to all my inquiries and questions. Being from the Washington DC area, the communication helped ease my concerns with purchasing a vehicle from another state. Everything was mostly prepped and ready when I arrived at their dealership, including the sales/finance paperwork that needed to be signed for the delivery of the vehicle. Kudos to Rob DiDomenico for that effort. The vehicle was displayed on their showroom floor, and was given a walk-through prior to signing all the paperwork. From all BMW dealerships, I expect a certain level of professionalism and conduct that should come from being part of the BMW repertoire, and this was met by BMW of Ramsey. Without a doubt, I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and if their service department is as good as their sales department, I would likely take my vehicle there if I was a nearby resident. Ask for Jesus Vicioso, you will not be disappointed. More
