It didn’t for me, so back to the dealership it went (to get fixed - I’m keeping the car once they get it in shape). Was handled professionally for sure. Service department seems very good too. For buyers like me (who actually love the process of car shopping and stalk BMW forums to tease out exactly what they want), she's the kind of knowledgeable and empowered salesperson you want in your corner. She's a great adviser, and it's obvious she really knows and loves these cars. I've worked with other dealers who act like they're doing you a big favor with all the things Lori did completely as a matter of course (great initial pricing, custom order, pull-ahead). I've read enough Bimmerfest and Leashackr to know that Lori offered a really competitive deal out of the gate, and from there the entire emphasis was on getting me happily into my new car. I recommend her 100 percent. It's worth adding that my overall experience at Ramsey was very solid too, including my "genius" Jonathan and a totally non-pushy F&I experience. I'll definitely be back.
