Exceptional & Seamless Service I went into Prestige BMW to browse for a car. I knew I wanted a small sedan, but wasn't sure which model was best. I fell in love with a 3 series and Joy helped in getting me the absolute best deal. I was impressed with how quick she was able to get everything settled and was so excited to leave with my new car the next day! Knowledgable about what she is selling and accommodating. I had a very aggressive deal form a local dealer and asked Lori to match it. I was hoping she would match cause I do like working with Lori and the facility is top notch. Lori did one better and actually saved me another $10 dollars a month. I definitely will be returning back when my 540i goes back in 3 years and will definitely recommend Lori and Prestige to family/friends and to anyone reading these reviews. Also want to mention Cameron in Parts and service, always in a good mood, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about BMW and its cars. I really did enjoy talking cars with him.
