Dealer didn't honor their contract Had a fine initial dealer experience when I test drove an X3 in December 2017. When we settled on terms, including 0.9% financing, which I was assured Had a fine initial dealer experience when I test drove an X3 in December 2017. When we settled on terms, including 0.9% financing, which I was assured would be locked in until delivery, I put down a $2500 deposit and signed a contract. Come delivery in January, I'm told that the dealer forgot to file my credit app and can not longer provide 0.9% financing but instead will be giving me 4%, costing me around $3k extra. Dealer was unwilling to make things right for their screw up. Can't recommend sales experience. More

Lori is one of the most honest, kind and positive persons I've met in my 48 years. Her character and integrity are beyond reproach and are apparent in how she approaches her profession. I have had several pleasant buying experiences with luxury car manufacturers. Most of these types of cars sell themselves. You drive a BMW because you love BMWs. However, this was the first time that I didn't haggle over price. I KNEW Lori had already given me this best price without asking. The vehicle was significantly discounted ($20,000+) and she was an advocate for my purchase prior to her sitting with me to review financials. I honestly felt that I had a family member get me the best price within the constraints she is required to adhere to in order to keep her job! Could I have haggled and shaved a few bucks off the payment? I'm sure I could have. But, the deal was more than FAIR and to haggle would have been an insult to all concerned, especially Lori. When you meet her, you will know why you'd refuse to treat her with anything but respect. That being said, I effusively recommend Lori and the Prestige BMW team! More
