Specifically, Jorge allowed me to express my needs, understood what process I wanted to follow and accommodated me every step of the way. I dreaded the idea of the "usual" buying and negotiating process and found comfort when Jorge relaxed and allowed me to pace the conversation and process according to my comfort and logic. As we established trust and comfort, Jorge proposed thoughtful suggestions on vehicles and financing options to meet my needs and once I made a decision Jorge worked very hard to develop a win-win deal. Business Manager, Rob DiDomenico stayed until after 9:00pm on a Friday evening to close the deal! It was a very busy day for the dealership and I was leaving town at 6:00am the next morning so Jorge, Rob and the whole team stayed late to process and execute the sale and financing documentation. Rob made it easy and went above and beyond. Product Specialist, Daniela Faican, was a pleasure to work with. Daniela customized the X5 to meet my ergonomic needs and set-up all of the technology features so I could hit the road and never look back! Special thanks to Sales Manager, Lamont Williams. Whip smart and tuned into my needs. Lamont took a personal interested to develop and close a great deal.
