While we waited (briefly) for our sales rep, Lori Asserson, we lounged on comfortable sofas, enjoying delicious snacks and cappuccino. Lori is simply the best in her field. We have purchased 3 BMWs (one for our daughter) from this amazing salesperson and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.She knows her inventory inside out and she cuts to the chase as only a seasoned professional can. Lori has a great combination of warmth, attentiveness, and a no nonsense approach.
