Quick and Painless car buying experience!!!! Prior to visiting the dealer, I had sent in an internet question and was promptly responded to by Jasmine Estevez. She answered all of my questions and then forwarded me to Mike Lebron, a client adviser in the sales department. Mike worked quickly to pull the car from new lease turn-in and have it prepped and ready for my inspection in time for the appointment I made with him. He also made sure it was in an indoor showroom space due to the weather. This is the service I'd expect from any dealership, but it really is rare elsewhere. The rest of the car buying experience went smooth and quick, including evaluation of my trade in, detailing of the car and processing the paperwork. I was in and out in under 3 hours with exceptional service. This dealer is over an hour drive for me but well worth the trip!
