Tim was friendly and didn't stall or play games when it came to price negotiation; he was definitely all business, but honest and up front about the deal. When test driving the car, Dwayne was great; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me all features of the car, including iDrive. All in all it was a great experience, and I'd recommend Prestige for anyone looking to purchase a BMW. More

Two areas of feedback - salesman didn't have an accurate grasp of inventory on the lot, and tried to sell me a car already sold. He did rectify that over next several days. Also genius had some trouble configuring vehicle on delivery, and required another trip to the dealership to resolve. Both of these examples resulted in additional time spent getting deal done. More
