Tiffany Stevens is hands down the best salesperson I've dealt with. Knowledgeable - after she walks you through the tiniest difference on this car vs. last year's, ask her about racing - plus timely, great communication and above-and-beyond customer service all puts her at the top. Jim Casella was also the easiest most accommodating "finance guy" I've dealt with. Got right to the point, got me right to where I wanted to be and again, accommodating beyond expectations. Finally Anna Marie Piserchia in Service has so much knowledge and experience that complements her attentiveness and accommodation you can't believe what you may have been missing by not coming to Prestige. Is anyone listening? I took a day off from work and brought my car in for service as I am approaching 49K miles and the warranty runs out at 50K. I was told by the service technician that I would need to drive another 60 miles and bring the car back before they can authorize replacement of plugs and an oil change. I left numerous messages for dealership management to discuss and have received no call backs. You just lost a customer Prestige. More
