I've been a customer with BMW for 10+ ye Came in on a Saturday night with my husband and 3 kids to see what Prestige BMW had to offer for our family. I've been a customer with BMW for 10+ years. I Had a x5 and wanted to get a upgrade. We usually dealt with BMW of Tenafly but wanted to try out Prestige BMW of Ramsey. Tiffany Stevens was our Sales associate. She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Felt no pressure from her what so ever but saw that she did want to help us out. I had 3 kids with me and she did not seem annoyed or frustrated by them at all. She is a wonderful person to deal with. That is why I have recommended her to a friend of mine who is looking to upgrade her bmw. We ended up purchasing the car that night. Everything was so smooth and easy. Even James Porrazzo in Financing was very east to work with and very easy going. Now I noticed some minor issues with the car the next day and I called Tiffany to let her know my concerns. She was very understanding and said she would speak to Lamont Williams who is the manager and she will let me know where we will go from there once she speaks with the manager. From then everything went down hill. He was such a nice and pleasant person the night we bought the car. Speaking to us about our car and helping us negotiate on the price. Joking with my kids and being very friendly and attentive but when I needed his help on things that were wrong on the car I could not reach him or get a call back. Which was a big disappointment because dealing with him 2 nights prior he was so helpful. I bought the car the end of November and it is now January and all my issues with my car are yet to get resolved. My car is currently with Prestige BMW at the moment trying to get the issues resolved. I again had to deal with Tiffany because Mr. Lamont Williams would never take my call or return any of my calls. Which is why I am giving the dealership a 3 start at to a 5 start rating. I wish I could of given even Lamont a 5 star but I could not believe how I have been treated by him for the past month and a half. Very unprofessional !! Tiffany would get a 10 start if I could. She should be the manger @ Prestige BMW !! She was Very Professional and gave me the customer service that I deserved................... More
