I inquired about a vehicle online and spoke with someone over the phone about a particular vehicle, and This dealership lacks customer service skill. I inquired about a vehicle online and spoke with someone over the phone about a particular vehicle, and scheduled an appointment to meet. I get there and no one knew I existed. The front desk said I spoke with someone in the call center and they work in another state. A salesperson with zero enthusiasm came to get me 10 minutes later and said "can I help you?" And had absolutely no clue or concern why I was there. I had a bad experience test driving the vehicle and left with no intention to return. Try another dealership that actually cares and will give you a world class experience - and the dealership I actually purchased form did. This dealership is so high volume they don't care if they get sales - walk in customers are enough for them to stay busy due to location. More
