Another great Prestige Experience Went in late last week to pick up my registration after a recent purchase. Once again the Prestige team never ceases to amaze me. Eric ( finance) stopped by to say a quick hi and Max Carela my wonderful , awesome, fabulous sales guy- did I say fabulous and awesome already :) . He is such a delight and always making sure my needs are met. This time however my review is for Dwayne, the BMW "genius" who just was ever so pleasant and really is a genius when it comes to knowing that awesome " ultimate driving machine" He met me at the door and immediately anticipated my needs-and also spending a little extra time answering some questions I had. Just a fabulous group of folks from the front area to the guy who washed my car. Keep on doing what you do. No matter how nice or great a car is the service you receive is what gets you every time. People tend to write about negative experiences, I write about both..Kudos Prestige!!! More

Great Customer Service I met Maximo Carela like 2 years ago. I was in a negative amortization and he advised me of my options. Unfortunately, I was stuck with my old BMW. I I met Maximo Carela like 2 years ago. I was in a negative amortization and he advised me of my options. Unfortunately, I was stuck with my old BMW. I decided to pay down the payment on the car in order to break even. Two years later, I decided to return due to his kindness, knowledge on BMW and most important, he came across as a trustworthy individual. Here I was 2 years later, buying a car from Max. He followed up with me and he understood my situation. It was a great experience dealing with Max. We were the last one out of the dealership, and I would like to thank him for being patient with me. I recommended Max to anyone looking to buy a car from Prestige. Now, I’m driving in style, in a brand new BMW! James Porrazzo was also great. Thanks again!!! More

The dealership itself is the most honest and customer service oriented dealership I have had the pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a BMW. Now for Lori. Lori is hard working and has always been able to get me into the right car. She listens and understands my needs and goals and goes above and beyond, always, to exceed them. I'm sure this dealership has many high quality employees, but each and every time I go to visit them, I ask for Lori. She is as loyal to me as I am to her. I wanted to go back to an suv from my car.I went to my local BMW dealership (Harriman) and couldnt believe the horrible service I recieved.I was wande I wanted to go back to an suv from my car.I went to my local BMW dealership (Harriman) and couldnt believe the horrible service I recieved.I was wandering around the lot for at least 45 minutes until I finally went into the building for help.There were a few sales people sitting there not one asked me if I needed help.I finally went up to a man "Todd" who long story short after almost 3 hours I still couldnt get an actual "price quote"on the SUV I was looking at.I ended up leaving and he was supposed to email me some figures then that never happened.I finally called a friend and asked her where she got hers and she told me BMW of Ramsey ask for "lori" as she had had a similar experience as well at Harriman.I went down to Ramsey(almost an hr drive for me)asked for Lori and couldnt believe the excellent service I recieved!She was friendly curteous and so Professional!such a very different experience!She sat down with me and every different SUV I was interested she printed up numbers for me with different options.She called me to check in during the process as well as the day after to make sure everything was ok.I cant say enough about her professionalism being a business owner myself that spoke loud volumes to me!I have to say I never write reviews or answer the surveys but Im doing both this time because I couldnt believe how well treated I was and the difference between the dealerships!Go see Lori at Prestige I promise shell do right by u as she did me!The financing as well was wonderful and Dwane who showed me how to work everything in my new car! Everyone is warm and embracing, you really feel like family. I have never had a bad experience- neither with sales- financing - service- customer care.. just absolutely wonderful all around; and I have been a part of their family since 2005.This time around Max Carela was my sales guy- such a gracious humble man. I couldn't ask for a more compassionate dude. Not pushy( I loved that) just the right balancing of me to make the deal. He knew when he needed to give me the nudge and knew when to allow me to process the options and make the decision that best works for me. Just an absolute joy to work with. I really hate pushy sales people- bottom line is if someone wants to buy a car and are truly ready to buy one- so harping on them and calling them a million times wont do the trick. So Thanks MAX for that great balance! You will forever be my pal, it was so nice working with you. Now my finance guy Eric Thomas, he is a GEM! to the dealership from our first conversation until I left with my keys he was so warm and engaging. There was so much going on but both he and Max continued to remind me I was not forgotten. Eric was thorough and made sure he was extremely detailed in what I was getting into.. Awesome dude. Thanks Eric!!,No matter what the cost was I was walking out with another BMW because of my wonderful experience with these guys and my continued experience with the Prestige family. Lastly and certainly not least Kristen the BMW genius rep.. such a sweetie she spent way too much time on me and getting my music to download, persistence was the key, she never stopped until the files were completely transferred to the new car..
