Worth the trip!! It took us an hour and 15 minutes to get there and longer to get home with the rush hour traffic, but we don't regret it. First of all, Prestige has a HUGE inventory, so we had several choices of color. This was not the case in Long Island, where they had maybe one car in the lot to choose from. Secondly, Lori was not only a very nice person, but extremely knowledgeable. Basically, she made the whole process much easier and we walked away smiling. Lori has been selling BMWs for 18 years and her love for the cars comes off when she advises you. She's a straight shooter, very professional, very organized and efficient, yet very nice to talk to---- that's a rare combination. Now, I'm going to tell my NY relatives and friends to go to Prestige and ask for Lori, because I'm sure they will walk away smiling too. More

It is clear that Tim would was willing to go the extra mile. The only downside, was the final paperwork took a long time since it was the end of the month. But even though it was late in the evening by the time we finished, everyone was professional and courteous to end. More
