Pleasant My main reason for rating the dealership this high is the salesman/representative that I met with and handled my purchase from start to delivery. Elvis Valentin met with me and my daughter at my initial visit. He was most helpful in discussing all the aspects of the vehicle I was interested in. Took us for a test drive and did an initial "build my BMW" with me. He gave me unlimited time and did not pressure me. He called me about 2 weeks later and I advised him I had decided to purchase the car and that I would purchase it from him, but, I would come in after I returned from visiting my daughter in Georgia, after the first of January. He did not call me again and I never felt pressured, which was very helpful to me. Placing the order through the Delivery of the vehicle was a pleasant process without stress! Separate from the purchasing process, I have to add that on day of Delivery I met with James Porazzo, a Finance Representative, even though I was paying cash for the vehicle. He proceeded to review the Vehicle Service Contract and other Warranty programs BMW extends with the purchase. However, he then went through several other programs, such as Tire/Wheel warranty ($2891) and explained that I should definitely get that service since there are so many pot holes in this area. All the additional warranties I could purchase totaled about $10,000. I felt very pressured and uncomfortable and did actually purchase the Tire/Wheel warranty, since I could not purchase it "once you drive away from the dealership". I decided to cancel the warranty the next day and did not appreciate what I had to go through to accomplish the cancellation. More

I purchased my first BMW from Prestige in 2005 where I met for the fist time sales advisor, Lori Asserson. Lori is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I come in. I always look forward to seeing her. She always makes my visit hassle free and straight to the point, this is why she is an amazing asset to the dealer and I will continue to make prestige BMW In Ramsey and Lori Asswrson my number 1 choice. More
