I dropped off my car there, and as soon as I walked in, they treated me like family. My service advisor was patient with me and he explains everything, and even the service manager James's I believe his they treated me like family. My service advisor was patient with me and he explains everything, and even the service manager James's I believe his name greeted me and made sure I was okay when I arrived. When I left, he double-checked if I needed anything and told me not to hesitate to approach him. He's a great guy! They've definitely gained a customer for life. My X3 needed brake fluid and they got me an appointment in 2 days, also had the oil changed. They do a video of their vehicle check up which is very informative. My service advisor Ben always keeps me in t in 2 days, also had the oil changed. They do a video of their vehicle check up which is very informative.
