Lori Asserson was extremely professional and provided sound and honest guidance when it came to the car's configuration, features and service plans. This is particularly true compared with the other BMW dealerships with which I was speaking. In addition, Lori's follow-up to ensure that was happy with my new car was welcome and gave me a chance to ask additional questions after I had been using the vehicle. Lori's personalized service was the key factor in my satisfaction with Prestige and I highly recommend Lori to anyone considering a BMW purchase. More

This dealership provides one thing for your purchase -- regret. Here are a few buyer beware elements: 1) Do not get suckered into StayNu program it is a scam, you will pay your money for no work. 2) regret. Here are a few buyer beware elements: 1) Do not get suckered into StayNu program it is a scam, you will pay your money for no work. 2) They do not give out loaners on Fridays or Saturdays 3) They call and lie about no loaners available prior to long weekends, when you insist on them keeping your prior appoitment schedule and to get you a rental they agree. You show up and discover that there is a parking lot full of loaners. 4) Their employee actually told me they have a policy of not providing loaner cars before days off, this is specifically to reduce the possibility of people taking long trips elsewhere. 5) Snotty attititude -- when I told them that given #4, I will revisit this topic the next time i need to spend 50K as my Acura dealership doesnt seem to have those policies in place, the told me ..: " well, BMWs are more sofisticated cars " 6) "The car is suppose to consume oil" -- turned up to be bad sensor, but the advisor's great knowledge is leaking through here. Finally, if you push and push, they will, eventually do what you want/need, if this is not your style, dont bother here. More

I had contacted Mr.Beltre several days before coming to look at the vehicle I had saw on your website. From the 1st phone call I knew this would definately be a great experience and didn't think twice about the hour drive I would have to take from my home in Edison,New Jersey.From the moment I walked into Prestige we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. After meeting Mr. Beltre and viewing the vehicle I knew there would be no need for me to continue car shopping,I had definately found a new home with Prestige BMW. His knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding but his overall personality, professionalism and outstanding customer service far exceeded my expectations. What was most important to me was that there was never a moment that I felt pressured into the purchase and I am extremely estatic about my car!!!!This was my 1st luxury vehicle purchase and I can honesty say I am extremly happy with my purchase as well as the service I was shown and will definately be back in the future but will also be reccomdating Frank to everyone I know that is in the market for a car or just looking.
