I'm utterly annoyed by this dealership. Yes, the showroom is great and beautiful. The wait for a salesperson was lengthy. They will call your insurance company and modify your insurance in hope to "save you time". urrgghh.... Then I went online to make an appointment. The online service as of few months ago was fabulous. They have all my information ready which actually put them FEW STEPS ABOVE other luxury dealerships in the area. It was very convenient because I believe that it was setup to tie with the sales system. Then they changed it without letting us the consumers know about it. I guess it's part of the cost cutting. So now, I'm back in queue just like other non luxury dealership. As a matter of fact, it looks to be the same system that the honda, nissan, hyundai dealerships in the area use. BEEMER has become a BUMMER. To add insult to injuries, the loaner department is closed on Saturday. So if you want to drop off your car for service on Saturday, you will not get a loaner. Hmm... a bit inconvenient I think, but okay... I'll give that one up. But wait... there is more. They don't necessarily can provide you with a beemer loaner. If one isn't available, you'll be proudly presented with a Hertz loaner. Which I was told could be a Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, etc. That's where I draw the line. I've owned other luxury vehicles. If I wanted to drive Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Chevy, etc even for a day, I'll be happy to purchase one myself or rent one myself. For those of you thinking of bringing your car to this dealership for a service, think again. I'm rethinking my decision to purchase another beemer for my next car. Luxury car should come with luxurious service, which in this case, it's NOT. Bring back the previous service online system, and I may put you back ONE step above the other luxury dealerships. For now, you're equal to the Hyundai/Nissan dealership down the road. More

We had a sudden problem and called Keith De Young at 6pm on a Thursday. By 9:30am Friday morning, with the help of Anna-Marie and Magee in service, the entire problem was resolved. The short of it is that the service department, charged for parts not replaced, work and repairs not made at or or not made completely. After my 323i stalled out I foind out when I went to an independant, for parts not replaced, work and repairs not made at or or not made completely. After my 323i stalled out I foind out when I went to an independant, that although over the years, I had been changed a few times for replacemnt of the fuel filter, the fuel filter was original to the car! In fact a lot of things they calimed to have done and "repaired" and charged excessively for was never done at all. Anytime the car would be left overnight it would have an added 60+ miles to it too. The service department are outright liars, thieves and at the rates the change it is larceny and fraud. Never allow them to service your car. What this means is that durng the warranty period they likley did next to nothing, while reporting they had. In fact one time I got the car back with a broken spring it did not have prior to bringing it in. More

After stalling out one day on the hightway, I took my 323i to an indie BMW service shop and the indie repair shop promtly infomred me the fuel filter that was to have been replaced. It still had the factory part. The first time it was to have been replaced under the warranty period and several more times at cost to me, after warrantly. There was a long list of other items never replaced and incomplete repairs, although charged excessively for the parts and work. Anytime the car was held overnight, it would come back with 60+ more miles on it too. Any attempt to raise this issue is met with a dismissive attitude. You do nto get to even see the car or inspect it, until you pay the bill too. Be warned, never allow prestige bmw in ramsey to service your BMW even under warranty. More

I have used this dealership for both sales and service for several years. I am continually impressed with their operation. I travel to NJ from CT passing several other alternatives along the way. Given the first class treatment I always receive there, I wouldn't consider going anyplace else. From a service perspective, they get the job done right, and they stand behind their work. They are accommodating and helpful beyond my expectations. I actually trust my service advisor implicitly--a feeling I have not experienced before when servicing my vehicles at other locations. Their new facility looks outstanding. It is clearly going to further distinguish them from other dealerships. In my opinion, this is like the Four Seasons Hotel of car dealerships, and I look forward to seeing how they will impress me next. More

I did not have a good experience with Prestige BMW in the Sales AND Service Department. First of all, when I went to buy my new BMW, the salesman kept on trying to rip me off and gave me a terrible deal. He Sales AND Service Department. First of all, when I went to buy my new BMW, the salesman kept on trying to rip me off and gave me a terrible deal. He came of as very rude and unwilling to work out a reasonable deal. I soon left and bought my car at another area dealer. However, because Prestige BMW is near my work office, I decided I would use them for Service. This was a bad mistake. My first severl visits were satisfactory (they did seem a little uncaring, but I can deal with that.) This soon changed. One service visit, as I was getting ready to take back my car, I witnessed the worker fling my car mats and his tools on the trunk of my car after he had finished performing the service. Not only did this act put several scratches into the trunk of my new car, but on the rear side as well. Thankfully, I immediately told this to the Service Manager and he arranged to have the scratches filled in and buffed out. As a sign of good will, he also gave my car a complete detailing for free. However, I am fed up with Prestige from the rude salesmen, to the uncaring service advisors, to the incompetant technicians. All Prestige cares about is making money. I would not recommend Prestige BMW. More
