I have a 10 AM appointment to have my rear brake pads replaced. The job was completed in two hours. I was told it would be around an hour and a half which I was fine with the service. Consultant kept me replaced. The job was completed in two hours. I was told it would be around an hour and a half which I was fine with the service. I brought my vehicle in to check the rear tire that had low pressure. Turns out that I needed a new tire. The person that greeted me and took my information then asked me to wait in the waiting area. About 20 minutes afterwards he gave me the paperwork but never explained to me that I needed to go to the service desk to speak with the service manager. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before I inquired and told that I needed to take the work order to the service manager. I was waiting for over three hours before the work was completed. Then to make matters worse, once I got my car back and drove home I noticed that the hood of the car was not completely latched. I had to stop and close the hood. Not happy. Overall dissatisfied with the staff and expected a higher level of service from Lithia. However, the service manager did go out of his way to expedite the completion of the repair, which is the only positive part of my overall experience. The biggest negatives are, poor communication and attention in the service bay, and of course, leaving the hood of the vehicle partially unlatched (the vehicle’s hood is secured by two latches on either side, the passenger side latch was not secured). Kenny was very helpful however in expediting the completion of the work. More
