The work done was fine, but for the second straight time I had an incredibly difficult time using a BMW Rewards card that is usable (wait for it) ONLY at BMW dealerships. Ironically, I accumulate lots of p I had an incredibly difficult time using a BMW Rewards card that is usable (wait for it) ONLY at BMW dealerships. Ironically, I accumulate lots of points on my BMW credit card by paying for services at the dealership - which I convert to these Rewards. After being told I can’t use it (really?) I spent nearly an hour in the managers’ office while we called several people at BMW financial services to verify the $100 reward. Hard to believe the dealership has no idea how to handle a transaction using these cards coming from BMW. Not to pile on, but having to wait nearly 1/2 for a loaner for an appointment that was made weeks ago didn’t help. More

Overall excellent service. Just a little disappointment that the annual service that’s included in the lease agreement doesn’t include tire rotation or alignment.
