I was a bit apprehensive of the entire car buying experience. But thanks to Brian Barry of BMW Ridgefield, this experience was a great one. The paper work was hassle free, and I got a great deal on financing. The 5 rating in each category is a no-brainer given the overall experience. James made it a wonderful transition to my new BMW. He was not a salesman he was an educator about the BMW brand. He educated me in what BMW had to offer to meet my specific needs, wants and my price ran was not a salesman he was an educator about the BMW brand. He educated me in what BMW had to offer to meet my specific needs, wants and my price range. At every point in the process James explained everything is simple language and made me aware of all of my options. In addition, James was easily accessible to answer any questions I had; we used multiple forms of communication from email to telephone calls. He understood that as a teacher I cannot answer the phone so he would email. This demonstrates he was flexible and willing to do whatever it took to meet my needs as a buyer. Because of James' dedication to ensuring that his customers are happy I will be back and stay with BMW. James is a true representation of what I expect from the BMW brand. More

This was a great experience all around. I found a Subaru Outback at a great deal. It was so good I almost bought a second one. Car shopping is probably my least favorite thing to do, who wants to haggle a Outback at a great deal. It was so good I almost bought a second one.
