The entire process from initial visit to car delivery was fantastic. James did an excellent job of understanding our needs and working with us to not only find the car but the financial package that best fi fantastic. He then took the time to explain all the workings of the car, the capabilities of the service department and the dealership and continually followed up to make sure we were satisfied. After about a week we had a problem with the Satellite radio. Called James, he got us in immediately and had it fixed (needed an update) in less than 10 minutes. My experience at Ridgefield BMW was AWESOME! to say the least, Right from the start, gariel treated me like a valued customer and an all star. Gabriel Ruiz was a great salesman. He was honest, knowledgeable and a gentlemen. He went over the car I wanted from A to Z and explained everything to my husband and I in a way that was easy for us t knowledgeable and a gentlemen. We worked with David Qualglio. It was an absolute pleasure. We never felt any pressure to purchase a car, however, when we did decide to buy, he made the transaction quick and fair.
