Kelly provided superb orientation to vehicle, negotiated professionally, and deal was struck. Azi is the master of painless paperwork. Vehicle picked up next business day and prepped beautifully. Kelly spent one hour orienting me to vehicle and called next day to see if there were any questions. There are many BMW dealers in the area but this is by far the best. The new customer friendly showroom, service area, and hospitality lounge is the icing on the cake for this great organization. More
I would recommend this dealership primarily because they ( James, Azi Parvez,the Fin.Mgr.,and Ken, the Gen Mgr) all work as a team to make sure that you're absolutely comfortable and satisfied with your cho ( James, Azi Parvez,the Fin.Mgr.,and Ken, the Gen Mgr) all work as a team to make sure that you're absolutely comfortable and satisfied with your choice of vehicle. I felt no pressure throughout the process and wasn't subjected to the all too common sales tactics that I've encountered elsewhere. As a former very satisfied customer, I brought my daughter to your dealership, ONLY, when she expressed an interest in getting het first BMW! She ended up leasing a 328xdrive sedan which she absolutely loves! I was extremely impressed with the way James dealt with my daughter..guiding her through the purchasing options, trade-in procedure, and answering all her questions in an honest and straightforward manner. At this time, I was passively looking for a new vehicle and I asked James to "look"around for me. As I had very specific requirements, I wasn't too sure that he'd be able to find my dream vehicle....but in very short order he did and the rest is history as they say. My 328xdrive coupe with standard shift, my colors, and a fair price have, once again, made me a very satisfied returning customer. My purchase now makes us a three BMW family, and we all couldn't be happier. We'll all see you again, and thanks for everything! More

I have nothing but great things to say about my transaction today. This is my 12th automobile purchase/lease, my 7th BMW and my second transaction with Ridgefield BMW. Everything went as smooth as my client advisor Jason promised. I found Jason to be knowledgeable, very courteous, candid, which is a trait that I like, and answered all of my questions. Like always, I definitely did my homework before cutting this deal and, with Jason' assistance, it worked out better than I expected. This is the kind of experience that I expect from BMW and Jason delivered. I would have had no problem taking my business elsewhere if I was offered anything less. It wouldn't be the first time that I walked out of a dealership. Jason is a true professional. Avi, who went over all of the final numbers with and handled the paperwork for me was likewise a true professional…and very, very, very, very pleasant. 5 Stars! More
We enjoyed working with David Quaglio. David greeted us with warmth and an interest with regard to what we wanted and why we wanted it. His over-all demeanor was friendly and professional. (I use WE because the car was purchased and registered under my and my fiance's names.) Speaking of customer service - David showed great interest in our wants and our needs from the first moment we met. A great customer care advocate! From the moment we were introduced, David's entire focus was on OUR needs, what WE were looking for, why WE were interested in BMWs, what WE needed to be comfortable with our buying decision, etc. Because we were moving up from a Subaru to a BMW X3, we said we wanted a 2008 X3 with 40,000 to 60,000 miles. David showed us one. Then he said he had an X3 with less than 10,000 miles. We were immediately smitten and fell in love with the car. And the price was right! Our overall experience was outstanding. We will be buying another BMW (528 XI) within the month. And we will be buying it from David. David Quaglio worked with an eye on quality: Quality of product; quality of buying experience; quality of personalized delivery; and quality of follow-up. I am beyond impressed with David.
