She ended up leasing a 328xdrive sedan which she absolutely loves! I was extremely impressed with the way James dealt with my daughter..guiding her through the purchasing options, trade-in procedure, and answering all her questions in an honest and straightforward manner. At this time, I was passively looking for a new vehicle and I asked James to "look"around for me. As I had very specific requirements, I wasn't too sure that he'd be able to find my dream vehicle....but in very short order he did and the rest is history as they say. From the moment we were introduced, David's entire focus was on OUR needs, what WE were looking for, why WE were interested in BMWs, what WE needed to be comfortable with our buying decision, etc. Because we were moving up from a Subaru to a BMW X3, we said we wanted a 2008 X3 with 40,000 to 60,000 miles. David showed us one. Then he said he had an X3 with less than 10,000 miles. We were immediately smitten and fell in love with the car. And the price was right! Our overall experience was outstanding. We will be buying another BMW (528 XI) within the month. And we will be buying it from David.
