I had a great experience since my first visit at BMW of Ridgefield, even though they had closed for the day, David provide me key information and answered all my questions, so I didn’t hesitated to go back Ridgefield, even though they had closed for the day, David provide me key information and answered all my questions, so I didn’t hesitated to go back next day. Usually you need to wait for a long period of time to finalize all the paper work and negotiations to get a new car, this time I was really surprised that everything went smooth, and it took around half of the time - in comparison to my previous new car acquisition. Overall, David Quaglio, demonstrated an extremely high level of customer service, knowledge, and professionalism, explaining the inner workings on the new BMW. He is really passionate about his job and the features of the BMWs. I highly recommend David; he was willing to go the extra mile and is truly "customer" focused. More
I recently traded my 2004 BMW 545i for a 2007 BMW 550i from BMW of Ridgefield. My experience there was very pleasant. Even though the car I bought was used, when I received the car it looked like it came from BMW of Ridgefield. My experience there was very pleasant. Even though the car I bought was used, when I received the car it looked like it came off of the showroom floor! All of the staff there are courteous, friendly and extremely knowlageable about the fine cars they are selling. I can't tell you how any times in the past that I have gone to other dealerships to which I know more about their product than they do! My sales associate Bob was a virtual encyclopedia about BMWs...it was GREAT! He called the next day to see if everything was up to my expectations...are you kidding? I haven't stopped smiling since I drove off the lot! Five stars to all the staff there! I'll coming be back! More
We must've driven David crazy but he never let on! We love working with David. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great sense of humor esp. as we kept him past closing- a couple times! We also absolutely love working with Steve in service and trust his knowledge and suggestions on servicing the car. He can't pick sports teams but other than that he is fantastic to work with. Azi was great working with us on financing. KJ and his managers "made it happen" on both our purchases! We have no hesitation in highly recommending BMW of Ridgefield!! More

The reason for my visit was in response to an email that an opportunity existed for the lease on my 2009 5 Series to be bought out. I visited the showroom and worked with David Quaglio who was very helpful. an opportunity existed for the lease on my 2009 5 Series to be bought out. I visited the showroom and worked with David Quaglio who was very helpful. We were able to work out the lease on a 2012 5 Series with the arrnagements being satisfactory to both parties. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase or lease a BMW. More
It has been my experience over the past 40 or so years that buying a car is, at best tolerable. James managed to so raise the level of all of that and do it seamlessly and always with a smile. He worked to get Sue the car she wanted, at a reasonable price, helped her turn the lease car in, gave her advice all along the way to make the process run as smoothly as possible. He never pressured for an upsell but never failed to point out things that might be advantageous and always pointed out clearly what was going on. The true icing on the cake was the actual delivery process. Due to some scheduling issues, my wife was unable to get up to the dealer to pick it up. No worries, James came down to us to finish the delivery process. At no time did it ever seem like he was doing anything BUT answering questions and providing necessary information. He was patient, thorough and knowledgeable (quite the rare trio!!) When the garage door opener sync ran into a small snafu, he kept at it till it was done properly. That kind of service and attention to detail is a very big deal to us and remains the reason we come up there from Norwalk. More
