I have bought several BMWs in the past from other dealerships and this by far was the best experience. At the time of delivery of the car, Dave Griffin reviewed the options on the car with me and explained how to use them in detail. I never felt like I was being rushed. I had a minor problem with a tire right after delivery and they picked the car up from my home and delivered it back before I returned from work that same day. More

After discussing the car we realized there was a very good chance we could make a deal and arranged to make the 70 mile drive the next day. We bought the car, left our trade in and drove the new car home the same day. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and treated us well. David did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That is some of the highest praise I can give when it seems that so many people you deal with have trouble following through with anything in a timely manner.
