We just returned from a 3,000 mile road trip to Florida and found our X3 to be perfect in all respects: heavy traffic, open road, nav, leather comfort for hours at a time, etc. Our dealership experience with Brad Paris was likewise excellent. He found the car we needed at the price point I needed and the entire experience was very comfortable, professional and, yes, FUN. New cars should be fun. I look forward to working with him during our current lease and for our next BMW. By the way, I was afraid I couldn't afford the nav, but Brad found a good deal and, honestly, the trip we just took was MUCH more secure and comfortable with the nav system keeping track of our trip! I'm very serious about that as I enjoy driving but I don't enjoy being nervous that I made a wrong turn! My next BMW will have a backup camera, but the fact that the mirrors slant down when I back up, and the vehicle has excellent visibility anyway, is wonderful. They treated me from the get go as an earnest buyer, willingly offered to figure out both lease options and financing options, were prepared for my visit even though several customers showed up at the same time, gave me a fair trade in and coincidentally, had the color combination I wanted. Brad Paris is knowledgeable and could give me the differences and similarities between my 2007 BMW wagon trade in and the 2015 X1 that I purchased. I wanted a better interest rate, but it seems BMW Financial Services is not as flexible as I had hoped. Brad worked for me and knows how to listen. All employees treated me with respect. More
