The reason I keep coming back is attributable to the exceptional customer experience that I have enjoyed through these years. While the quality of the car is unsurpassed, in my opinion, the people that interface with customers are crucial to the success of the dealer. This year, I had a choice of leaving the dealer for a competitor (a former dealer employee that had formerly provided me great service in the past). I came into contact with Erick Grabruck, however, and based on how he responded to my requests and concerns, I felt that I was in great hands. I decided to remain a customer of the dealer. He was professional and timely communicated with me during the process. He even stayed late (well past 9 p.m. on a Monday night) to make sure that the deal was properly closed and I was comfortable driving off in my new car.
