Expectations Met! I had over the course of a few months did my homework on various BMW models and decided on a X 3. Frank was there waiting for me and walked me thru the offerings and my wish list and then put pen to paper and with the trade in value I was offered within 45 minutes we shook on the deal. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, Frank introduced me to a number of people who all were very knowlegeable. This probably was the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had from start to finish. More
