I was able to take my time walking around the lot looking at multiple cars without being pressured by a sales person. After having an idea of what I may be interested in, I was met by Frank Sands. After looking at multiple cars I did have some questions about the differences in each model and Frank was able to answer them all. We decided to take the car out for a drive. The drive was pressure free as we were able to take the car out ourselves which allowed us freedom top talk openly about how we felt about the car. After we decided this was the car for us, the purchase was smooth from the sales, financing, and service members. A complete walk through of the car's amenities were shown to us. Emails with vital information was provided. The car was clean and filled with gas. We were encouraged to call with any questions or concerns. The registration for the car was even delivered to our house in person. Great service without pressure. Highly recommend Frank and the entire BMW of Rochester staff. Well done! More
