I came in to test drive I had a great experience buying my first BMW at BMW of Rochester Hills; Erick helped make the process go smoothly and quickly. I came in to test drive an X3 and it was missing a few key features that I was looking for. Erick let me know there was an X3 that had just come in that was still in detailing that sounded like it was what I was looking for. The team quickly coordinated getting the car out of detailing for me to look at. I test drove it, loved it, and finalized a deal the next day. Erick was knowledgable, friendly, and professional in his negotiations. He accommodated my requests and was able to turn around the deal very quickly. Everyone at BMW of Rochester Hills were friendly and professional. I will continue to go here for all of my BMW needs, and my boyfriend who also has a BMW, has switched over to this dealership from Erhard of Farmington Hills. Thank you for a great experience! More
