Overall, one of the reasons I bought a used car from this dealer as opposed to others was the professionalism of the staff. It was VERY refreshing to interact and negotiate price with real people with real answers to my questions, as opposed to playing the used-car game with the uncomfortable hierarchy of car salesman at other dealers in the area. recent service experience with Jeff Pegg Last week I changed my winter tires for the regular ones. At the tire shop where I went, I was told that two of the regular tires were no longer good Last week I changed my winter tires for the regular ones. The next morning I went to my BMW dealership to see if the cost of the 2 tires could be covered through my protection package. I was directed to Jeff Pegg, who in a very friendly and professional way discussed the situation and options with me, preparing things to be fixed as we went along (no need of appointments or any special requirements form his part). He was very understanding and advised on applying the protection package if it could be confirmed that the condition of the 2 busted tires fell under the protection package, which was the way the problem got resolved. Jeff proved to be very diligent, accessible, and focused on solving the issue at hand. I will definitely look for him for future car services. More
