An Excited New Owner for a Certified Pre-owned BMW i3 My journey to my first BMW began one week ago....I had no idea from the prior week that I would be purchasing a vehicle, let alone a dream car of mine My journey to my first BMW began one week ago....I had no idea from the prior week that I would be purchasing a vehicle, let alone a dream car of mine --- the BMW i3. I saw one of the vehicles for sale on the AutoTrader app over Easter weekend, and began thinking heavily if I could really have the electric (with range extender) car that was in my dreams and that I test-drove in late 2015. I went Monday after work, and began talking with Erick Grabruck about the car, and he was polite, clear and if he didn't know the answer he would find out the answer promptly. Erick also provided me great moments during delivery of the car --- with showing me many detail oriented features as the "favorites" bar on the car, and how the navigation system with iDrive works. As my first BMW, this experience welcomed me in the BMW family. This was the best car buying process, I have ever had, and the speed of how everything moved was great, and I the BMW of Rochester Hills team was efficient of my time, and I will say with having a busy work schedule they worked with me. Also, with the trade-in of my prior vehicle they handled that excellent too, and Eric Lang helped facilitate that process. David in finance was excellent too, as he went over all the service options with the highest level of knowledge and still making it simple and not overwhelming. Thanks to the entire BMW RH team, but especially to Erick Grabruck for making the entire purchase process the following - simple, fun, clear, concise and a joy.
