The entire staff are very knowledgeable and willing to put both time and effort in to make a deal happen. I also feel the need to acknowledge my client advisor Sammi Naoum. Sammi is the main reason I was able to purchase a car. After scheduling an appointment with him, Sammi had the car nicely warmed up for me to test drive upon my arrival. He was prompt with the paperwork and busily walked around and consulted with other members of the dealership to make everything happen. Even though I arrived relatively close to closing hours, Sammi worked overtime so that I would be able to take the car home that day. When purchasing a luxury brand automobile, one also hopes for a luxury buying experience. Sammi Naoum and BMW of Rochester Hills will deliver on that.
