Jonathan was very patient with me in many ways. Work at the office forced me to be late for the appointment, but Jonathan had no problem at all adjusting his schedule for me. Furthermore, he went bit by bit in explaining the functions and practicalities of all the electronic gear inside the car, most of which I had not noticed myself. In this regard, Jonathan was instrumental in showing me how to make the most of my vehicle, always with a friendly and pleasant attitude. More

A very pleasant experience When I went in to the Rochester Hills, BMW dealership, I was not 100 % certain that I wanted to try a BMW. As a matter of fact, I was just comparing the BMW & another luxury vehicle that I was considering, but at least I wanted to drive one so I could make a fair decision. There was no comparison. Sammi made the experience very comfortable & smooth. As a female, I always felt intimidated by the entire car sales/lease experience, however, with Sammi & the rest of the staff, I never felt that way at all. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a purchase or lease in the future !!! Love my BMW X5 !!!! More
