The safety features, the sound system, navigation operation, blue-tooth, phone link, sports and eco modes etc.We agreed on a deal which included a trade in within a few minutes which was quickly confirmed by Eric Lang the Sales Manager. The vehicle was valeted again and available for my collection with all the title documentation transfer completed by Mr de Haan within a couple of hours. I was on the road after a further in depth training session from Sammi on the specifics of operating the vehicle; Sammi also synced my phone and contact list before I left. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received. More

The engineering, exhilarating. Although these qualities should make acquisition a simple decision, this simply is not the case. Initially, I had visited 2 other competing dealerships and simply felt mislead as to what was available to my specific expectations. Fortunately, by chance, I called BMW of Rochester Hills and was connected to Frank Sands. Two 5 series BMWs later, I continue to seek his services exclusively. It is the integrity and diligence he demonstrates that complete what I believe to be a prerequisite to luxury, and ultimately, true customer satisfaction. More

Outstanding experience I need to urgently replace a vehicle totaled in an accident. Unfortunately, starting the day after the accident, I was traveling out of the country fo I need to urgently replace a vehicle totaled in an accident. Unfortunately, starting the day after the accident, I was traveling out of the country for 10 days and was unable to visit dealerships. As such, I needed to communicate with dealers via email….and many were not willing to do so. I was very pleased that Jason and BMW of Rochester Hills understood my predicament and were very pleased to help me remotely. Jason shared information on vehicles he had on this lot which matched my needs in a very timely and transparent manner. When I returned to town, I met Jason and test drive the vehicles we identified. I did go to test drive vehicles at other dealerships but return to purchase the first vehicle I test drove with Jason and took delivery of the car yesterday.
