He was knowledgeable of the product and most importantly seemed to really work hard to identify what I wanted and how to best meet my needs. He made sure upon delivery that I understood the various features of the car and followed-up several times to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle and had no problems. I worked in the car industry for almost 30 years and was responsible for service and parts systems for many years and then for Chrysler Financial systems for several years so I have worked closely with many dealers over a period of 15 years. Brad is the kind of sales person that every dealer wants. He is doing his job for the dealer while making the customer feel like he is working for them. Kudos to Brad! More

The dealership layout is functional and colorful, open and well lit for us senior folks. 4. The staff and sales folks such as Brad Paris are well positioned with product knowledge and access to the service bay that is seamless and not always present within other dealerships. 5. The dealer loaned me a car for the weekend while my windshield was being replaced. They washed the car and cleaned the rubber mats. This is huge to me and I am thinking about my next BMW product.
