Brad greeted us at the dealership. He listened to our needs, provided us with options and helped narrow the X5 SAV as our vehicle of choice. He provided us initial quotes and let us soak in the information on the X5 in the coming days. Once we were decided on the exact X5 we closed after brief negotiations. All through the process Brad demonstrated professionalism, courtesy and went the extra mile, right upto the day of delivery (......& I don't easily dole out compliments !).
