When I was ready to purchase, Ms. Murray was very knowledgeable, patient and kind as she was able to answer the plethora of questions that I had. She introduced me to some of the managers with whom I would be in contact in the future. She also called me after my purchase wondering if I had any questions or concerns. I also enjoyed working with Jonathan Griffin, the BMW genius. Jonathan was very charismatic, patient and knowledgeable as he introduced me to the many gadgets of my new car. More
